From a professional perspective I say:
It is professional to take care of your own mental health / mental strength.

Reason #2:
To rephrase it differently in the sense of cleverness:
It is not clever, to not take care of your own mental health / mental strength.

Mental health / mental strength is the “enabler” to fully unfold your optimal performance.

Both is free of charge. The main goal is to find out if and how I can assist you

Every coaching is highly individual.
During both interview sessions we sort out how and to what degree a coaching can look like. 
After the second interview you will receive an offer for your individual coaching program.

It is the combination of qualification and own experience.
